Erotic picture exhibition @ Axel Hotel and HustlaBall VIP-Area by Lars Deike
In the context of the well known HustlaBall, Lars Deike is presenting selected pieces of his artwork in the VIP-area. So be lucky if you have a VIP-Ticket to see the artwork. Additionally, the artist is showing a wider range of his work at the Axel Hotel, for Hustlaball weekend.
The opening reception there starts at October 18th., 8 to 11 pm simultaneous with the „welcome reception“ event of the HustlaBall weekend. The five-day extravaganza starts with a reception at Axel Hotel: the guests can meet each other in a pleasant atmosphere, take a welcome-drink (free of charge for bearers of HustlaBall VIP-tickets), and warm up a little with Live-DJ Spencer Reed and a show.

For HustlaBall, Lars Deike is setting the focus of his selected works on the topic of sex, erotic and fetish. The artist wants to provoke with his artwork, but he has the concern, that his work is following an aesthetic claim subject. In his exhibition he will show the whole range of male, gay sexuality - leather, rubber, skins, sport and even a hustlaball-scene.
Besides the topic of fetish, sex and erotic, the artist wants to show the male body - young and old - in the spotlight of his exhibition. He will be present at the exhibition opening. The images are available for purchase.
Lars Deike was born 1963 into a family of publishers in Konstanz, graduated from there trained as a publishing agent and worked, after he moved to Berlin, for a large Berlin newspaper.
His passion for photography had accompanied him for a long time and so he decided to study photography in Los Angeles. After his return to Germany in 2001, he opened a photo studio in munich. There, the male body in the interplay of light and shadow was the focus of his work. Lars Deike specialized as a photographer in the topics of nude and fetish photography.
His photographs were published in calendars, catalogs and as frontpages of several well known gay magazines. Numerous exhibitions in Los Angeles, Amsterdam, Berlin, Cologne, Hamburg, made him popular as an erotic male photographer. In 2011 Lars Deike discovered influenced by his uncle, who works as a painter, his love of painting. Thematically, he links this to his past as a photographer and captures the male body in sexy game usually larger than life on canvas.
Instead of the special Art-Area, where the ArtPornLounge presented numerous artist from all over the world in the former years, this year you can see Lars Deike´s artwork in the VIP-Area of the HustlaBall venue and at Axel Hotel.
